 Domaine des 3 Angles is a family winery created in 1972 by Henri VABRE when he returned to settle in Cazouls-lès-Béziers, his native village ideally located in Occitanie, in the South of France, 20 minutes from the beaches and at the gateway to the first picturesque villages of the hinterland known as Haut-Languedoc. He then took over the vines cultivated by his father Louis and his uncle Pierre as well as the cellar of his uncle Georges. At that time, the winery only covered 12 hectares. Since then, Henri has worked tirelessly to make his vines prosper and increase his land. Today, the Domaine des 3 Angles represents nearly 85 hectares of vines located all around the village of Cazouls-lès-Béziers in Pays d'Oc. However, this hard work was not accomplished alone. Henri was joined in 2001 by his eldest son Vincent and then by his youngest daughter Solange in 2007. They took over the reins of the Domaine and ensured the succession. Solange & Vincent, still supported by their father, are embarking on more sustainable agriculture. They modernized their cellars, which date back to the beginning of the 20th century, taking care to preserve their old-world charm. They improved the winemaking methods while respecting the know-how of their elders and initiated the sale of the estate's wine in bottles. In 2018, Solange & Vincent had the opportunity to renovate an old house adjoining their cellars with the idea of making it a tasting cellar. They were keen for the story to remain family-run, which is why they thought of their sister Agnès to take care of the sale of bottles and the tasting. Since then, you can meet almost all of Henri Vabre's descendants on the Estate located on the main avenue of the village of Cazouls-les-Béziers. Since 2019, the farm has held the High Environmental Value (HVE) certification and, since 2022, it has also obtained the TERRA VITIS certification. These two labels confirm their efforts and their desire to work with respect for the surrounding ecosystem, to strengthen biodiversity and to have a technical path in the vineyard as well as in the cellar to adapt to environmental requirements. The grape varieties cultivated at Domaine des 3 Angles: To produce its red and rosé wines , Domaine des 3 Angles mainly cultivates Mediterranean grape varieties such as Grenache, Carignan, Cinsault and Syrah. You can also find some complementary grape varieties from neighboring regions such as Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. To produce their range of white wines , Domaine des 3 Angles mainly produces Sauvignon, Chardonnay and Muscat Petit Grain.

  The Sérignan Cave Cooperative, created in 1935 by Roger Audoux, brought together more than 160 cooperators from the communes of Sérignan, Sauvian, Valras, Vendres and Lespignan. Cultivating more than 1,000 hectares of vines, our winegrowers are committed to producing quality wine, full of sunshine and rich in our Mediterranean heritage with a production of more than 80,000 hectoliters of wine per year. Our know-how, supported by cutting-edge equipment, allows us to produce authentic and recognizable wines.
